Very few things can match dawn alongside the Deschutes River in Oregon. Therefore, I just had to share my photo taken at 6:30 AM. Mist rising from the surface of the flowing river. Morning sun casting a ruby glow in the air.
Sipping a cup of coffee while taking in this scene put me in the correct mindset to face the long ride home. I needed that. It got hot and freeway speeds did not help.
In any case, this visit was worth it. Again, I just had to share.
